"Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Property was clean. Pool was clean. The only real issue we had was not being able to watch anything on tv. Tried to hook up a fire stick to watch movies and they have it blocked. Staff was extremely helpful in trying to assist with the problem but found out it basically wasn't equipped for that. I wish we could have been able to connect our Netflix."

"The best part was the pool. I would only stay here as a last resort.. I want to eat breakfast there were no eggs and no sausage and the staff was in the kitchen talking to each other and talking on the phone. Not a good look."

"The room was very clean. The linens were crisp white clean and plenty of pillows. The pillows were a bit puffy so I used my own... That's just preference. The room had a good size fridge, microwave and the coffee maker was one of those little once that look like a kuerig but you put in a small packet of coffee. I didn't use it. "First our shower had blood stains in it. Then refrigerator didn’t work. Took two attempts to fix it then it ended up getting replaced. After that they didn’t clean our room on the 3rd day. On one good point front desk staff was always friendly. I’d definitely check other options be staying at this property!"

"The toilet bowl was not cleaned when we arrived. It still has poop dirt on the side. The toilet rug sa not changed and there were used tissue papers on the tissue holder. They changed our room to a smaller one with no cabinet for our clothes just hanging rack to hang our clothes. Since we arrived late at night, I didn’t say anything anymore. However, the next day when I was fixing our bed, I saw dried stains on the comforter. I said something to them again. They cleaned our bed after."

"The shower head was tilted almost straight up, with water falling against the far wall, so it coud not touch my body. It was so high that i coud not reach it, to change the tilt. The bed(s) were so close to the wall with the thermostat -- about 8 or 9 inches, and near the pillows of the closest bed. VERY hard to walk to it so I could adjust the temperature of the room!!!
