Staff was friendly, rooms are mid, especially for the price. Had to switch rooms upon arrival due to stale smoke smell, and TV did not work. New room was smoke free, TV worked, but no fans in the bathroom, 4 couch sized pillows for the bed instead of standard size.

The property was welcoming but I got bed bug bites and it was clean and satisfying place i didn't understand why the bed bugs so i was scratching and very irritated and the young lady moved me to another room

It was a pretty great place to stay for a bit! I may come back here, if I decide to drive out to Fresno again. But overall, I enjoyed the pool, the bathtub, and the little cats that roamed around.

It was alright very loud guests at Kate night hours yelling. Coffee is great and the front hotel rooms are way better than the rear of the property. I dint suggest staying in the back nuildings. Breakfast is hands down the best I've had recently anywhere here in Fresno CA.
