"I don’t consider the hotel a worthy B&B badge holder. I requested a room for a disabled person, I received no acknowledgement, on arrival around 8pm I asked the staff if the bathroom was suitable for disability and he confirmed yes. I got to the room and it was not disabled friendly. Unfortunately I went straight to a meeting and was unable to query or change rooms. It is extremely dangerous for me to try and enter/exit a bath. Why don’t staff read or respond to a request. This frequently happens.
On going to bed there was only a sheet no blanket no duvet so I increased the aircon, it didn’t heat and I spent a cold 10c night unfair sheet.

"Lovely big room. Spotless and smells very nice. Nice big shower. Huge comfy bed with cotton bedding. Friendly staff. Just across the road from the train station so an ideal stopover for our interail trip around Europe. Also luggage storage was very useful. Highly recommend."
