Central confortable mais pas de service correcte

Absence du personnel la nuit. L'alarme cest déclenché a 5h du matin et personne pour l'éteindre avant plus d'une heure.

Sans ça séjour agréable.

Tout d'abord attendez-vous à recevoir un coup de fil. Pour savoir quand vous arrivez. Et soyez ponctuelle car il vous le reproche. Pourtant la réception est censé être ouverte jusqu'à 22h. Ah malheureux ils ont peu de clients, tu m'étonnes ?

I booked a double room for two persons and the hotel gave me a student room perfect for one person telling us that for the rate that we payed it was the room we deserved. Impossible to change room paying thé différence, impossible to leave the hôtel and to be reimbursed.

Grosse Zimmer mit Minikühlschrank, Tv, grosser Schrank, grosses Bad mit Badewanne, extra Tisch mit nem 1und 2 Sitzer, Schreibtisch und Inet- LAN Anschluss. W-lan aber auch Top. Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Mikrowelle und grosser Kühlschrank an der Rezeption. Gern wieder :))

Bon emplacement propre

Bon emplacement a la périphérie du centre. Accueil sommaire et rapide, check in deja effectué sur le site. Chambre spacieuse 2 bouteilles d'eau offert et nécessaire de salle de bain. Restauration fermée le week-end le bar aussi un kiosque est a disposition. Petite remarque le matelas était un peu usé.

Ganz in Ordung, aber leider nicht top.

Wir hatte schon die bessere Kategorie gewählt, aber die Zimmer sind im Stil der 80er eingerichtet. Alles sauber und in Ordung, aber nicht schön für den heutigen Geschmack. Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang, dass einem gerne Tipps gibt und berät.

Kein Essen innen in der Wärme

Hotel mit 3 Restaurants - doch war am Donnerstag nur 1 Restaurant offen mind. Preis für 1 Essen Fr. 140.- und da nicht reserviert hätten wir dazu auf der Terrasse sitzen müssen.

Excellent accueil

En pleine période de Coronavirus, très peu de clients dans l'hôtel. Accueil personnalisé et cordial. Le reste thaïlandais est très bon et pratique. L'extérieur du bâtiment est vieillot mais l'intérieur est encore très correct.

O grande problema do hotel é a ausencia de ar condicionado. Fazia muito calor na cidade e tivemos dificuldade para dormir, apesar do pequeno ventilador que foi colocado no quarto. A geladeira parou de funcionar no quarto dia da nossa estada e não foi substituida apesar da reclamação. No mais, o quarto e o banheiro são grandes. não utilizamos o restaraunte do hotel e o estacionamento é grátis.
