Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of the TV tower and shopping mall. The only issue was with our room that had a smell from the sewer, but would less when the air conditioner was running.

The shower drain was clogged, and after using it for about 10 minutes, the water overflowed. I requested to change rooms, but my request was denied because I was told it would be repaired.
