Alexandra on front desk was so helpful - went above and beyond for us - suggested a good walking tour and other side trips. I would highly recommend this hotel - walkable everywhere - and the car park isn’t too far away"

"Fabulous and attractive quiet neighborhood. Beautifully renovated rooms and great services from all members of the staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner included which was particularly appreciated by me who had a bad cold upon the start of the trip. I made dinner reservations at well recommended restaurants out but had to cancel because of my health. Just minutes walk to the tram to travel to the center of town. "Good location as it was within walking distance of the city center, especially to the Royal Palace and its park. The room was simple and sufficient for a single traveller, but just a bit old feeling. I liked that there was a kettle in the room. Check in and check out was very easy."

"This was a really lovely hotel. The location was perfect to the metro and to the waterfront. I was on an inside room and I loved how quiet it was. Downside was that I didn’t have a view BUT it was so quiet I was able to sleep with my window open! The breakfast offered a lot of options and you have to try the brown cheese! "The washer/dryer was a disaster. I planned to wash my clothes, which is why I chose this location. The washer takes 1.5 hours, and the dryer takes over 3 hours. Who has time for that...no one. I recommend buying multiple washers and dryers. My clothes still did not dry. Started at 9 pm to wash. I placed them to dry for 3 hours, and they were still damp after the 1st tume. I took out clothes to see if that would help. It did not. I got up at 3 am to check, then again at 5 a.m., then at 7 am....
