"Friendly staff"

"Incredibly kind front of house staff. I arrived hours before check in and just asked if I can charge my phone and I’ll come back at the appropriate time. While I waited the staff checked if my room was ready and within 15 minutes I was already in my room. They also made sure I was carrying water when I was going out during a heat wave."

"The rooms are ok. I know people like to use the words like cozy to describe it, but it’s cramped. The big problem though is that the traffic below is really loud. On our first night we arrived late because our flight was delayed and it was really warm in the room, but we couldn’t open the windows because of the traffic. "certains membres du personnel sont vraiment aimable comme le gérant et d’autres nous disent pas bonsoir lorsqu’on rentre à l’hôtel mais en général le staff est gentil. il était pas possible de faire un early check in alors les chambres sont vraiment disponibles après 15h peut etre par manque de personnel? il a pris du temps avant d’avoir des updates du personnel par rapport à savoir si le early check in était possible. L’alarme de feu arrêtait pas de sonner meme s’il n’y avait pas de feu. une...

"We arrived at 430 and room was not ready we finally collected our room key at 630pm and the room air conditioning didn’t work so we spent the night outside of sheets totally burnt because it was so hot when you spend $300 you expect air conditioning and at least a check in on time The area of the hotel was not the best either but we managed to get out without any harm"

"Restaurant on site with a good selection of entrees. The bartender had to pull uo the recipe for an Old Fashioned. I helped her by telling her how much bourbon was required! Overall an excellent overnight stay for flight back to USA from France. A free shuttle is available. The pick up point at CDG is between 2D and 2F before the share train station. Go up one level to the hotel shuttle stop."

"Everything great, food delicious, some other outdoor activities would be great (only one tennis court) but other than that it was very enjoyable. Staff attentive"

"Gutes, sauberes Zimmer mit sehr guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. 20 Minuten mit dem Zug von der Innenstadt entfernt - Entfernung zum Bahnhof ca 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Vorort bietet sehr gute Bäckereien und ist sehr nett zum spazieren."

"All in all, our stay at this hotel was okay. The breakfast is decent, the rooms are a bit small, and the toiletries they provide are just fine. The staff was helpful, but I wouldn’t expect too much from the hotel overall. It’s really just a place to come back to and rest after a day out."
