"Beautiful hotel! I loved the design of the lobby and rooms. Everything is thoughtfully planned and inviting. Staff is friendly and the room was lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed. Despite being on a fairly busy street, it was silent. I loved the selection of teas in room and the evening turn down service. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Old Port, but there are great cafes and restaurants much closer. Would definitely stay again!"

"Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. " A hotel has control over cleanliness, upkeep, and service. This hotel ranks very poorly in service. Not a single smile from any staff at check-in, check-out, or requests. They advertise pickup from the airport is available but after a call before flight, after landing, and then 3 more calls after landing, the shuttle did not arrive even after an hour. "I really appreciated the nice workout room with better than the normal equipment and space. The proximity to the airport allowed us to walk over the next morning to pick up our rental car. Breakfast was included with the room and had good variety."
