"The Inn at St. John’s was welcoming and everything was clean though a bit run down. Our bathroom was across the hall which we found interesting. The day we arrived was unusually hot and the room was very warm. We notified an employee who pushed some buttons on the AC and said it was working. The second employee, who we called later, agreed the AC was not working but said he couldn’t do anything. We barely slept in an 83 degree room. When we checked out, we asked for compensation and were told...

"Property is beautiful, well maintained. It is also a wedding venue. We were there during the week just before wedding season started. Owner present and very friendly and helpful with all needs. We ere there for 2 breakfasts which were both good but would have been happier if they werent both syrup types. If one was egg based Like quiche it would have been nice. Place convenient to small town, quaint. Room was small but attached to porch which was delightful. Would definitely recommend."

"Room was ok - knowing 4 people were checking in very late - did not make sure room was properly prepared - 2 washcloths were left and air conditioner did not work - it was hotter in the room than outside. They didn’t let us know at check in this was an issue and at 2am we didn’t have the energy to deal with it."

"I DO NOT LIKE room cleaning/towel replacement every other day. Coffee pods in room were not refilled. I had to go to front desk and request cups/pods. I also don’t like having to pay $13.99 for a bagel, coffee, fruit (breakfast buffet). Do complementary continental breakfast instead. All that said, the staff was very pleasant and friendly."

"We liked the location, some rooms have a very nice view (ours was not one of them. Very dark with a basement style window facing tire level of the parking lot). Plenty of parking and a very good breakfast/lunch restaurant on site. Road construction made it difficult to access/leave, but that is not the hotel's fault. There was trenching dug around the property, clearly pipe problems, and the hotel smelled "sewery." Our toilet was leaking at the base and would not stop running all day and night....

"The breakfast is not eggs or sausage but it was still nice. Yogurt, bagels and fruit. No coffee pots in room but you have coffee available in the lobby. Our air conditioner wouldn’t shut off so we just unplugged it. Bed was clean as well as the rest off the room and bathroom."

"Clean, comfortable rooms. Hotel does have a few food options near by but car service was wonderful as it’s not near most of the restaurants & shops. Overall great hotel!"
