"Staff was pleasant. However the breakfast was lacking. No coffee and the juice was warm, no other breakfast available."

"The room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The door to our room wasn’t working, and they had to charge the door so our keycard could work. It still didn’t work, so we couldn’t really leave our room. Curtains didn’t close, so we saw ALL the lights to the airport "

"The room was clean and had a fantastic view of the pier. The hot tub was open until 11 and though there were no jets the water was amazing. Parking was so easy with the valet right at the front door. Definitely will stay here again!"

"We stayed at this hotel overnight for an early bus to Boston. The hotel is updated and does have coffee 24hrs. The only thing neg was the did not have hair conditioner and the room was abit warm. We would stay here again."

"Great location for walking around old port"

"the property reminded us of a bed and breakfast!! We were wondering how clean it would be because it allows dogs (which was why we stayed there with our lab) and there was no smell of dogs and it was kept very clean! We would stay again, even without our dog! The staff was nice and helpful too!! One suggestion from my husband to put in a waffle maker in the breakfast area, but overall the breakfast bar had everything And was fresh and yummy! "

"This is an outstanding property and a great location on the Portland waterfront. Large rooms and bathrooms, very clean and well appointed - and a very comfortable bed. Our check-in was one of the best experiences we've ever had and check out as well - and that is all due to Abby - who is a shining example of what excellent hotel service should be. We feel the AC Hotel is a great value and are planning to return to Portland for a longer stay later this year."

"The room was pretty nice but I chose this place because it has it listed that there is a pool and images among the hotels profile show an indoor pool the description just says pool it doesnt specify indoor or outdoor but there was pictures of both. Also the image of the bathroom for the room I selected was different it wasnt that big of a deal but i chose a more expensive room thinking I would be getting a nicer bathroom. Also the ice machine was broken. Another unfortunate inconvenience. And...
