"I arrived late due to a Snafu on the Interstate. Since I had to leave early, I only spent about 5 hours max on the property. I do want all to know that everything looked clean and fresh to me. Wish I could have stayed longer so I could have enjoyed all they had to offer."

"The staff was grreat and the hotel is very well kept and it looks more beautiful than in photos. However my only complaint was the breakfast, it can honestly be so much better. I've been to cheaper hotels with better breakfast."

"The room and property had not been upgraded since the 1970's. No couch or lounge chair. Only 3 small lamps in the main room - felt like a dungeon. Had to go into the bath room to read a book. No USB ports - period. Could not charge anything. No wall coverings. Made the room feel very sterile. No clock. Window had not been cleaned for long time. Bar was a joke. Breakfast was good."

"Great stay and the breakfast was actually pretty good. The pool was nice and the rooms were kept well. It was pretty clean but I think some areas I felt could have been a bit cleaner. The parking lot was on the smaller side but thankfully I didn’t have too much trouble finding a spot. Staff was very friendly. Overall was a great stay!"

"Our go to property when we come to Orlando for performances at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Rooms are always clean, nicely appointed and the Front Desk staff is pleasant and helpful."

"Everyone we interacted with here were wonderful! Especially Juan! We partook in a Wednesday special that offered soup and salad with wine or beer. All items were delicious and fresh! Thank you to all the staff who put this together. BTW…the coffee was the best! "
