The staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly, Susey, Heleina & Sarafina who went the extra mile. We did have one sleepless night when the room smoke alarm gave several false alarms but this was fixed . All in all we had a great stay

Rooms were fine. Fridge cold. Wifi worked well. Bed comfortable. Free breakfast not very good. Last morning there was not even coffee or hot water but 5 staff working away noisily. No potential for early check in and wasnt allowed to stay in room 1 hour extra. Excuse was busy and full but clearly ...

No complaints about the room and resort but definitely an issue with service and staff. Had dinner there a couple of times and we had to wait around for a while to get served. We had to go find someone to help take our orders.
