"Wonderful 4 night stay. Was fortunate to be on the 17th floor facing the park and had the good fortune of being able to see Mt Fuji from my window in the morning. Quite a treat. Breakfast was terrific and a shoutout to Fabio who runs the dining room and breakfast and ran an excellent operation made more impressive by the number of guests and volume of food the buffet had to handle. Numa was excellent as well. The hotel is heavily trafficked but an attentive staff makes you feel comfortable...

"Convenient free shuttle from Haneda Airport. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean."

"The room was smaller than expected, the facility was older but maintained, the washroom was musty and did not include a hair dryer. The front desk did accommodate by bringing a hair dryer up after being informed. Otherwise, the free shuttle to the airport was why we chose this hotel!"

"I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool.
