"For people who wants to take bus to Fuji mountain, please check the schedule with the front desk. We did not check and found that the schedule was different from the website. You need to plan the shuttle well so that you don't miss the bus, or just take a taxi in order to take the bus. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the bus stop. "Stayed here while my travel companions climbed Mt Fuji. Excellent location for getting to mountain and wonderful onsen for those not doing the climb! Very good breakfast options, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Lots of parking available and views of Fuji!"

"The free onsen was great but we did not know then went to other day onsen after climb the Mt Fuji. Dinner was delicious at the onsen restaurant. I will try the BBQ next time I book again. Over all it was a great stay, must stay at least 3 nights if you plan to climb the mountain. Offered 30mins late check out for free of charge. Thank you. "

"料金がお安いので期待してなかったのですが、対応も丁寧で良かったです。民泊？になるのでしょうか。初めての経験でしたけど、安心しました。コンビニ等は少し離れた場所なので徒歩のみの方には不便に感じる所もあるかもです。私は徒歩でコンビニも食事にも出かけましたが軽い運動になったくらいの感じで良かったです。 駐車場も問題ありませんでした。ノアでも充分駐めることができます。 2歳の子もいたけど、ゆっくり休めました。 ありがとうございました。 "
