"I’ll start with the positives I turned up early after getting soaking wet in the thunderstorm was allowed into room as it was ready. Thank-you for that. Food left in fridge after room was cleaned not just a couple of things the fridge was full. Telephone not working and socket not working on one side. Reception did offer to change rooms for me but I had already unpacked so did decline. Removed food myself and put in outside bin. I didn’t think the floor was very clean."

"I was surprised by the dinner included with the room! It was very good. A pasta with sliced grilled chicken and salad. There was a tomato sauce on the side. They also had hot dogs and chips with nacho cheese. The breakfast in the morning was also good with spiced potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs. And the usual waffles and cereals. The staff was wonderful and my room was spotless. I will stay here again."

"I only stayed less than 12 hours. My TV wasn't working they were very helpful and fixed immediately. Shuttle to the airport was perfect and on time. Rooms were clean and comfortable."

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"The Tv didn’t work, which may have been caused by the bad weather. Internet was spotty, the comforter had stains on it and could feel the springs in the mattress that sagged to one side. The bathroom ceiling had mold spores. The included warm breakfast was the option to make a waffle, or one kind of cereal. Distance to the airport is nice, and to be able to park right in front of the room. We would not stay here again."

"Room was clean and spacious size. Bathroom was clean. spacious and great arrangement. Enjoyed the pull-out double sofa bed, it was soft and provided adequate the extra sleeping space needed.Front desk staff were so nice during check-in and check-out and provided linen needed for pull-out sofa bed without any hesitation after we checked in. "My stay(1st stay) wasn’t bad. Really nice room. 1-bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly still had hair and spots in the tub/shower. 2-Signs of mildew/mold in corners of tub and water damage above shower. Minor stuff. Sheets floor and furniture were cleaned from what I could see."

"This is an older property, and it definitely shows its age. Unfortunately, the front desk staff we encountered were not very helpful and seemed largely unsympathetic when concerns were raised. I was also surprised by the $10-per-night parking fee. The hotel has a large parking lot with plenty of space, and given that it's not located in a particularly high-demand area, the charge felt unnecessary and disappointing."

"The pool was nasty, the walls of our hotel room were nasty, the tub/shower was nasty. Breakfast was pretty decent. The room smelled awful 😖. Bed was pretty clean and slept decent."
