Needed towels, asked the front desk clerk at 8am, she said had to wait until 8:30…..asked again at 9:30, she said not ready they will bring to the room…..checked out at 10:30 and still did not receive the towels. "Terrible staff, rude and slow as well as dismissive like I was dumb. Room keys for both rooms kept losing their reading so had to go up to the office multiple times to get them fixed. Rooms were absolutely DISGUSTING. Water damage everywhere, moldy areas, terrible bed that causes back and neck pains, there was feces stains in the toilet, water leaking from the toilet, yellow stains all over the tub and walls of the bathroom, most of the outlets didn’t work, wasps inside the room, doors don’t...

"Door keys have to be re set almost daily, no housekeeping come to your room. When you go to the desk for toilet paper or trowels, bad attitudes. At least the men. One woman was kind.
