"When we arrived we noticed our room was extremely hot. 85f+. We made sure the air was on and waited for it to cool down. Once we figured out it wasn’t working we called the front desk. They said they would send someone up. Nope! So I proceeded to go down stairs. I was then told we know it’s hot but there is nothing we can do. It was 70 outside and 85 in my room and they couldn’t have cared less. I will never stay again. Do yourself a favor and book the Marriott right down the street!"

"Check in fast and easy. To store the luggage it’s not free. Location not bad it’s more than 12 minutes walking. Rooms are tiny, and bathroom/shower area too small. Maybe this Scandinavian style, noticed it in Norway and Sweden too. Lower levels especially the ground floor rooms on the road side are noisy and can hear people walking/talking nearby. Curtains are little bit short, the sun rays enter the morning. The internet not stable, it gets off and on frequently, need to re-log most of...

"Highly recommended. Medium sized hotel with boutique feel. Quiet location and easy travel to city centre and other sites (specially by excellent bikes which we hired from hotel). Good room, great shower and lovely toiletries! Very friendly and helpful staff. Small but very pleasant spa and rooftop lounge area. As vegetarians we did not eat in restaurant but the breakfast was worth at least one visit."
