Khách sạn Gaffney

"Definitely don't get there late because it will be a hassle. Front desk needs more training, asked for a receipt of my stay but it seemed very hard for them to get to me and to explain my charges. They were nice though."

"The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay"

"our rooms were not serviced on Saturday and when I asked about not getting new towels and room cleaned. The lady at the desk said she could not believe that her housekeeper didn't service our rooms. I told her that I didn't lie and she wouldn't even give me a copy of the bill!. The rooms were alright, My son in law was given a hard time when he went to get clean towels, they wanted some kind of coupon the desk is the problem not the rooms."

"Lots of sound around. The bed also made noise. Towels were not clean. Breakfast was terrible. Only waffle and orange juice were the main thing there. No yogurt, eggs, butter."

"Nice property. Construction going on next door."

"Room had signs of water damage on furniture"

"The staff were really nice but this place is a dump. Furniture worn out. Tub that won't drain. Towel rack comes right off the wall. Shambles."

"Great stay friendly staff"

"Very clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the areas we wanted to visit. I must say that this hotel exceeded all of my expectations and we will stay there in the future."
