"The staff is very helpful .
Little bit disappointed by the small size of the room/ bathroom and AC not cold at all . For a 3 stars : not great
Slapping the door is making noice at morning starting at 7.30 am ! not good Sunday morning When you want to relax Swimming pool outside OK swimming pool inside : you have to pay 15€ per person per 50 mns stay .. not great point !"

"This is not a 4 star hotel. It was nasty, toilet paper laying around, bugs inside our room when we arrived, the room had many construktional flaws, no TV, wifi didn't work. I would give this hotel 2 stars max. "

"Un endroit incroyable au cœur de la montagne. Le personnel est chaleureux et au petit soin . Le dîner de tapas était délicieux , pareil pour le petit de Jude churros et chocolat !"
