"This booking was a miss reservation was trying to book Gainsville GA, not Gainsville FL. Realized the error upon confirmation and tried to correct via Expedia virtual agent. Expedia many years ago gave customers the ability to reach a live agent now they do not. I could have explained in the past the error and cancelled within minutes with a live agent. I paid for two hotel stays the same night even after contacting Expedia under a minute of receiving confirmation. Being a Platinum Member is meaningless under their new system. Ray R"

"The hot tub wasn’t working and that was the one reason we stayed there. It was never fixed the time we stayed there. "

"Gator Town was clean and the man at the front desk was very nice so I have no complaints about that. The information on Expedia and when you lookup the hotel on Google does say that the hotel has a pool and I was very disappointed when we arrive at 8PM and the man on the front desk said that the pool does not work. I had specifically chose that hotel to make sure that we had a pool at my bathing suit. The information should be updated online because I'm probably not the only person that came here was disappointed. I told the gentleman at the front desk I was disappointed and he said he was sorry there was nothing that he could do about it and he was very nice so I didn't complain any further but I would have gone to a different hotel had a realized there was no pool. The rest of it was fine and everything worked properly if it's clean and the room was cool and we had a nice stay."

"Room was very spacious. The curtain to the side of the bed kept the room dark, which was perfect sleeping conditions. My only complaint was that the refrigerator compressor was loud and woke me up during the night. "
