"I chose this hotel because it was close to Blues Alley and I was celebrating a birthday. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Most of the staff was warm. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I wish I was told that Alex speakeasy stopped serving dinner at 1130 when I made my reservation through the front desk. The valet guys were great and helpful. "I have been to DC several times in business and I think this is my hotel of choice. First time here, but it was very convenient and not too far from the office."

"Loved the location — perfect for exploring D.C. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay. My room was surprisingly comfortable given the price point. Definitely exceeded expectations. I’ll be back next time I’m in town!"

"Overall, the room was very nicely done. The bed was comfortable. Its downtown DC, so the was constant honking and sirens, but that was minor. Only one elevator was working at the time, so expect a little bit of a wait. The only offputting thing i experienced was a manager chewing out the person behind the desk infront of everyone. That was a bit unprofessional by the manager, and should have been done out of the public area. "
