"Everthing was perfect! By far the best experience that I've ever encountered with hotel staff. The front desk staff, Tykwon (sp?) and Dakota, were extremely pleasant, helpful and kind. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and served in the hotel's beautiful restaurant by an incredible lady! I'm originally from Baltimore and on my frequent trips back "home", I like to play tourist and I stay in a different hotel each time. I've stayed in 14-16 different hotels throughout downtown Baltimore...

"The hotel was perfect for my short stay in Baltimore. Close to everything, with public transportation steps away. It was clean, accessible, and had a nice new restaurant in the lobby. I felt safe and my room had a great bed, television and huge mirror. The employees were friendly and helpful as well "

"The hotel room exceeded my expectations. I am a hotel snob and was recommended to stay here overnight during the ice storm. Very clean and comfortable. Truly pleased with my experience and the food at the Wood fire grill was excellent especially the lobster and shrimp fettuccine. 5 stars for sure. "
