"The host was a very nice man, incredibly welcoming and helpful. You get this sense that you're well taken care of. Definitely deserves 5stars. If you are a light sleeper you should be travelling with earplugs; motorbikes in the night could get a little noisy. I'm sure that's an issue everywhere if you are closer to a roadway."

Gabriele made everything easy and convenient, and checked in to be sure we were comfortable. It was nice to grab a quick breakfast from the kitchen before catching an early train. "We stayed overnight here after flying in from Edinburgh to Catania. The staff were very helpful indeed and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival - which helped us wind down offer a long days travelling. The room was spacious and comfortable with views of the pool and courtyard. There was also a complementary minibar selection of soft drinks and snacks, which we appreciated."
