"During our stay we had alot of inconveniences we lost power a lot throughout the days, air conditioning and water but that one isn’t ther fault due to the water outage. When we arrived we had 3 apartments booked our first one didn’t have a key so we had to go get a new one and wait for it to be remade it. The rooms weren’t the cleanest there was a lot of random dusty and dirty stuff around the rooms. You only hav Ac in the rooms if they are working but everywhere else in the apartment doesn’t."

"We enjoyed our stay at the location. Communication was great and location was also great. However, we did not enjoy the full cleanliness of the space. The shower had pink mildew which I ended up cleaning myself before using. The space itself had roaches and I had to purchase a can of raid from Walmart and was unable to book anywhere else at last minute, so I had to improvise. Also, we know that Puerto Rico has a water conservation issue at the moment so us running out of water was not a problem...
