"The apartment was nice. The building was nice, and the staff was very nice. The free laundry was wonderful. My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. I was told that I was not allowed to have ANY guests in the apartment. This policy was not explicitly stated in the listing and it came as kind of a surprise and a disappointment. "

Based off of other Google reviews - it hasn't worked for a while. Talking to the Charlie team via WhatsApp was quick and easy. The improvement needs to come from the maintenance team. Even though check in is supposed be 3pm, I arrived after 5pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning to be finished. I agree with the past comment about dirty grout in the shower. Also, the dish sponge was dirty and even though there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee pods. The 24 hour automated mart was really convenient for snack/drink purchases."
