The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. "This is an ideal family oriented gateway. The pool was awesome, the rooms were clean and spacious and the many planted trees and flowers brought ambience to the outdoors.
