"It was a bit far from the downtown area. But not an issue for us because we have a driver. They have driver's room, but not at the same place. It was one of the best stay for us in the 2 weeks trip. Highly recommend it. The only downside is the hotel is a bit hard to locate. Its up on the hill with a very narrow street. It was quite a challenge when we had a mini van to drive up the alley. "

"This hotel has up side and quite a bit down sides. The big up side is the breathtaking view and the perfect staff (Gadjen). The down sides are both the fact that in order to go to Ella you must take a tuktuk. The owner taking advantage of the hotel isolation from the city and chrges unusually expensive rate for breakfast, whuch we were not informed in advance. 2 family breakfast cost as much as a night's stay in the hotel."

The setting was serene and refreshing, but what stood out most was the exceptional hospitality from every member of the staff warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options that made every morning special. A perfect blend of comfort, scenery, and genuine care. Highly recommended.
