"The front desk staff is amazing. Very professional, personable and attentive. Truly top notch! They assisted with transport, activities and area questions. Room was extremely quiet, bed was very comfortable, and exceptional amenities. Outstanding breakfast with well prepared items, extensive selection to appease all…bacon, eggs, fruit, pastries, pancakes, juices, coffee and expresso. So 5 star. "

"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and amazing. It was walking distance to the metro , restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was stunning. The bed comfort was one of the best I’ve experienced. The sheets and bed were my favorite. The bathroom was absolutely perfect! The towels and robes were beautiful. The lobby area was also great with complimentary mint water. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome. "
