Huoneen ilmanottoventtiilit yltäpäältä pölynpeitossa, sekä WC katto paneileissa selkeää home haituvaa havaittavissa. Muutenkin huoneen varustelu taso sekä yleinen olemus oli heikko eikä vastannut premium luokan hinta sekä hotelli standardeja. Huoneessa oleva safety boxi ei myöskään toiminut, eikä sängyn vierellä sijaitseviin pistorasioihin tullut virtaa. Näin ollen yöpöydän valo ei myöskään toiminut ja huone oli muutenkin pimeä. Hotelli henkilökunnan palvelu oli osittain töykeää ja epäammattimaista, henkilökunta ei tervehtinyt vierait ja esimerksi pöytiin ohjailu ravintolassa ei toiminut mitenkään, kävimme istumaan pöytiin kun ei muuta ohjeistettu jonka jälkeen meidät häädettiin takaisin odottamaan pöytiin ohjausta saman virkailian toimiesta joka sitten kuitenkin ohjasi meidät pöytiin. Mitään ohjeita ei missään näkynyt. Ruoka oli tosin hyvää mutta taas kerran palvelu ala arvoista. Tilasin 100 euron pihvin jonka jouduin ruokailun jälkeen käydä maksamassa baari tiskillä. Olisin mieluusti jättänyt myös tippiä tarjoilevalle nuorella naiselle, sillä hän todella yritti ja oli muutenkin mukavan avulias mutta se ei missään kohtaa ollut mahdollista koska pyytäessäni laskua minut ohjattiin itse meneemään tiskille maksamaan ruokani kuin jossain hampurilaisravintolassa. Hotelli oli muuten todella hieno ja paljon erinlaista tekemistä oli saatavilla. Sauna ostasto hieno ja avara sekä poikkeuksellisen hyvä kuntosali. Paljon pontenttiaalia huokuva paikka mutta huonosti toteutettu konsepti.
