"The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect. Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater. Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings. Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. "

"Odd check in process. Took a little bit to figure out where to go and eventually found the office but there was no staff present. Stood in the hallway with another pair of guests and about 10 minutes later staff came back to handle check in. Observed a frustrated interaction with the guests in front of me about mis representation of parking on site. Eventually was able to get checked in myself. La pomme de douche ne tient pas en place, la plaque de finition de la douche est cassée et il y a une grande tache décolorée dans la douche. Le canapé-lit n’a pas de couette, mais simplement une couverture dans une housse de couette. La moquette est sale. Ce n’est pas ce que nous attendons d’un établissement quatre étoiles."
