Our stay at the Holiday Inn Vacation Club Seaside resort was an all-around exclusive experience. What started out as a ladies getaway became a legacy family vacation with an oceanfront view at the signature collective was our home away from home. Fresh linen, clean cooking utensils, and the white towels adorned our living spaces. The staff were amazing, especially Ray the manager. Our beautiful signature photo of four generations and a relaxing time spent with family at the Holiday Vacation seaside resort a hallmark experience.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice, quiet and relaxing, with great beach access. Our room was clean, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. There were a few minor issues: no blackout curtains, the pool could have been cleaner, and the outlets on one side of the bedroom didn’t work. We also had cable TV problems, but staff took care of those quickly. The biggest negative by far was the extremely pushy timeshare presentation. A polite “no thank you” should be enough, but it wasn’t. The continued pressure after we made it clear we weren’t interested was frustrating and took away from an otherwise relaxing vacation. There’s a difference between offering information and making guests feel pressured into buying something. We really liked the resort, beach, peaceful atmosphere and staff. With a few maintenance improvements and a MUCH less aggressive timeshare sales approach, this could have been an excellent stay.

pro: Unique about the property was the chocolate peanut butter cake and the activity room. The staff was great. Con: not all units have elevators which is challenging for people with health condtions. Concern: The description for this location was misleading on Expedia. The pool advertised was across the street and was and upcharge. The restaurant was across the street as well, beach access was across the street to be safe to you had to drive or cross a double lane. The resort is split it two across the street from each other one is located on the beach and the other not

The signature villa is the best bang for your buck! Having access to the signature pool, signature fitness center and cafe were great. The two bedrooms were well stocked and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed having text access to the staff for answers to questions.
