Both rooms TV’s had to be reset by staff, so technically the rooms weren’t ready upon my arrival at 4:30 PM. Positive note: rooms were clean and organized with pleasant smell. Staff friendly and informative. Price reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

We atay at this property before every cruise, 4 this year. The staff is always happy to see us and very courteous. The property is just 5-10 minutes from terminal, depending on traffic. They also provide parking during cruise but nnot transport to terminal. We will continue to stay there before our cm future cruises

Great stay worth the money

The only problem we had was the temperature of the water. It was more like taking a shower and baby warm water. It did need some updates, but otherwise it was very comfortable and very very quiet. Will most likely stay there again. It was close to the port where we were cruising

Great place to stay for a cruise! Cruise parking is available for $5 a day if you book the night before. The car was safe and the staff was very helpful! Just Uber to the Cruise port for $15 .

We like to stay at this hotel the night before embarkation for a cruise. It is very well located close to the cruise terminal and the staff is always kind and courteous and the property is well priced for a nice room to stay in the night before a cruise.

Pre cruise stay

Did the job for a pre cruise night stay. No frills. Just a room and a parking space. Tv worked and the bathroom was adequate. The motel is dated but upgraded where it counts - the bed and flooring.

Friendly Staff - Didn't like the environment

The staff is very friendly, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Plus, parking is free. However, there were two major drawbacks: the room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the smell was so overpowering that leaving the door open didn't help. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the train tracks meant we were disrupted by loud trains passing by at least five times a night. It's a good option if you are looking for something cheap and only one night.

This is our 3rd stay in 6 weeks, each time leaving our vehicle for the week to cruise. Staff is always pleasant, rooms clean and comfy. There's a train track that has action, hence 4 stars.
