"Breakfast was ok. Coffee not too nice. Pancake machine not working. Nice yogurt. Fresh apples and nice bananas. Plenty bread and muffins. Plenty hard boiled eggs and cereal. Hot eggs and potato was dried out. Rooms spotless. No signs of mold. Friendly front desk staff. Handy location "

"Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me. I’m not usually a “chain hotel” fan, but the bed, pillows, quiet atmosphere, and staff has made me a DoubleTree fan if other locations are this clean and well-staffed."

"Clean and comfy"

"At first glance, the place is fine but a little deeper dive and there are just a lot of issues that are being ignored. The towel hanger in our restroom was falling off the wall, the drain cover for the tub was broken and not attached at all - just set there by housekeeping, the bedside light didn't work, 1 of the 2 elevators was never working, and more small things like that. Staff was nice & accommodating as much as they could but the general care of the hotel is being neglected and it's showing. "

"Room was clean, safe, had enough room for 2 adults. Staff was kind and responsive; they accommodated my request for a room close to the elevator. One star deducted for the breakfast which was laking (it was all prepackaged carbs), and outdated facilities (elevator response ran very slow)."

"The night manager was absolutely amazing along with everyone else, but I had to acknowledge the night manager, Very personable man"

"Staff was welcoming & professional. Place exuded cleanliness throughout. Room amenities were very good. Whole Foods Market is just several hundred feet away. The only negative is that you have to pay for parking."
