"I was a little hesitant to book the Bluewater Resort based on the reviews but we were very pleasantly surprised by the two bedroom apartment we received. It was Clea, warm, modern and comfortable with a huge upstairs living/kitchen area and lake views. Easy walk across the road to the supermarket/lake and restaurants. Great check-in experience with Monica, and received nice service the following morning when ordering drinks to go. Would happily stay here again."

"This place is stunning. The treehouse 2 BR cabin is amazing, with beautiful furnishings and everything you need. The hot tub on a cold spring night was a treat. Beautiful trees & foliage surround each cabin, so you feel like you're in a private, secluded spot."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Bathroom has a large whirlpool tub and shower. Has a separate heater. Toiletries are provided. Main bedroom is huge. Has a sitting area with a table. Has a large gas fireplace. A very good breakfast is provided. Room are a fridge and a coffee/ tea making area, Conveniently located close to town and glacier. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Highest recommendation"

"Cheap stay with lakefront view of Lake Tekapo, but has all the necessities you need although the accommodation is small. Beautiful, quiet location. with laundry which was nice for us."
