"We booked this hotel as a stopover on a longer trip to eastern Ontario. The location was very handy to the 401. Our immediate impression on entering the lobby was of clean and comfortable. Check in went smoothly, there was a large group ahead of us so it was busy. Our room on the ground floor was handy to parking, but we were never bothered by noise or traffic. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. My only thought for improvement would be bedside table on both sides...

"This hotel charged my credit card for an extra night, that I didnt consent to. Check in took 45 minutes with a baby and two children. The lady at the front desk was rude to my children. The manager was also rude on the phone when I asked about unknown charges."

"If you are looking for good, straight ahead accomodation this is the place. Good value for the money. The AC/Heat is a bit dated but overall the facillities were modern and well maintained. A really good breakfast!"
