"Staying at Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 is consistently a warm and welcoming experience. This is the second time I have stayed at the property and they made my 30th birthday extremely special! From the moment I checked in, it was an easy, luxurious and stress free experience. Upon check in, they brought me out a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to me; they decorated my room and left lots of gifts and as usual the staff is always incredibly kind and attentive. "I’m looking forward to staying at Novotel Siam Square again on 28 May. Last time, I stayed in a corner deluxe room and really enjoyed the extra space, natural light, and city views. I hope I can get the same type of room again, preferably on a high floor for an even better view. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Siam, close to shopping, dining, and public transit. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and the stay very enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Siam Square for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a central Bangkok experience. "
