"The elevator was in need of maintenance and everyone was taking the stairs in fear of being stuck in the elevator. It made a very loud noise like it was breaking down And no breakfast. Otherwise they clean property. I would recommend staying on the first floor."

"We showed up at 5pm on 6/21 when check in was 3pm. Told our room wasn’t available yet- we waited until about 5:30. There was no ice - ice machine was broken. The stairs and upstairs hallway carpet looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. There were hairs in bathroom and sink that definitely did not belong to us. The faucet to our sink didn’t work- water trickled out once in awhile if we were lucky. The kid at the front desk was gracious enough to give us our money back as we did not feel...
