"Our stay at The Shilla was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. The beds and bedding were some of the best we’ve experienced while traveling and made it easy to get great rest after long days out. The amenities throughout the hotel were excellent and clearly very well maintained. The staff truly stood out as well. Everyone was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel seamless and relaxing. The sauna and wellness facilities were also fantastic and a highlight of the stay. Everything was spotless, relaxing, and very well organized. Overall, The Shilla delivered an exceptional experience in every way — from the rooms and beds to the staff, amenities, and facilities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."

"Convenient to Myeong-dong and wonderful stay. Facilities were top-level with a gym, spa, lounge, and pool that is as good as most health clubs. Did not get to try the hotel's golf driving range but will probably put that on my to-do list for next time. "

"Enjoyed my stay (6 nights) - large room, king-size bed; all very comfortable. Only downside are the room-doors - very difficult to close quietly and some folks are wont to slam them! Very annoying. If soft-close doors, I’d have awarded this place 5 stars. Liked the location and the restaurant was decent also"
