"This room was absolutely disgusting. Unvaccumed floors , dirty bathroom with mud caked on ground. Hole in wall covered by literal trash. A huge gap around the door (literally so big on the bottom anyone would be able to look under and see everything). Fridge did not work. Sadly found out after storing our food in it and having too throw it away. Customer service was trash. The only thing decent about this stay was the complimentary breakfast. Stay somewhere else"

"Customer Service was good when we arrived, for check in it was fine. Other than charging $88 when it was supposed to be $58. Pool was supposed to be open - part of the reason for booking & was told it wouldn’t be for more than a week. Got to room, top door lock was broken, you could tell someone had kicked the door in before by the way the door frame was misshaped. Very old, damage furniture in room - Ripped up chair, dirty dresser. Dirty bathroom. The bedding was clean, and the pillows were clean as well though. So there’s that. Will not stay here again."

"The staff were incredibly rude and not helpful. There were many reservations that did not have the correct type of rooms Breakfast was not filled consistently and quit serving earlier than what we were told the hours were. The room had garbage in it still and the lotions, body wash and shampoos were not filled. There was not any bedding in the rooms for the pull outs. The elevator quit working and was broken for 2/3 night stays. There were multiple vehicles with trailers behind them that took up multiple spaces so there was no where to park in the lot."
