"This property looks newly remodeled. Everything was great. Beds were not hard as a rock like most hotels. Staff was very friendly. Great place to stay."

"We arrived at midnight, exhausted and traveling with two kids. The front desk staff was incredibly arrogant, treating us like servants. To be fair, the room itself looked okay and the bed sheets were clean and fresh—honestly, the only positive thing about our stay. Everything else was a disaster. The AC was completely broken and wouldn’t shut off or adjust. Even worse, the toilet didn't flush, so we had to carry water from the bathtub to wash it down (thankfully, there was a slow trickle of...

"When you come close to the property then you realize that you have made a mistake. Its smelly and a bit scary. Entrance was not welcoming. The hallways were dim and scary. The room is OK, but the bed was metal and didn't feel very nice. Linen was just OK. Fridge had a fridge smell. Bathroom was OK. Floor had no carpet but was OK. Do not rent from the webpage picture."

"The condition of this property was so disgusting, I didn’t even get out of my car to go in and register. This was the type of property where each room is open to the parking lot, which is fine except that there were doors that had been kicked in and the holes in the doors had still not been fixed. Some of the doors had knobs and locks missing, leaving holes in the doors. I’m guessing they only rent out the rooms that are more secure, but there was nothing about this property that made me feel...

"The staff's attitude was terrible. The booking stated that breakfast was included, but the staff told me it wasn't. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if breakfast wasn't included. I feel like I've been scammed."
