"Nice place to stay."

"It is a beautiful property. Everything looks clean and well-put-together. It's luxurious, but my only problem is that the front desk didn't honor my birthday even after calling them. It was my birthday, and I was told on the phone before check-in that they would make sure the front desk would know to give me a little birthday treat. I never got it and I still told the guest services when I checked in and she said she would make sure she had something sent to my room but nothing was ever done. I...

"Right in the perfect location to quickly go eat or shop. Room was immaculate. Beautifully decorated. Even had a hand held steamer for your wrinkled clothes. We will 100% stay at this wonderful hotel again!"

"#1. It was classified as a handicap accessible room but there were no rails near the toilet at all. It had a shower with a shower door, no way could my wife who is an amputee shower. No seat to sit on and only one crab bar. #2. The air conditioner made such a loud noise it was impossible to sleep. Rattling and loud screeching noise. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but the cons outweigh the pros. They did comp us with breakfast."

"Super nice valet. Checkin lovely, let me know they would supply a free pass to the Eiteljorg museum that I was visiting the next day. Room was quiet, Bed so comfy I overslept. Asked for a later checkout and the clerk was SO gracious and kind, gave me more time than I asked for. Shower hot AND good pressure. There is even a Starbucks in the lobby and they are holding my luggage while I go to the museum. Starting my 5th week of a cross country drive and this is the best stay so far. Thank...

"Great Location, friendly staff and excellent break fast The location is excellent with number of dining options in walkable distance. Parking, though little pricey is, located in the same drive away as the hotel entrance which is another plus. one can easily self park without trying to find parking near by. we didnt use any amenities as we just came here to sleep. But I would stay here again, if I need to stay in Indy downtown."

"The check in process was awful. I was not sent the online guest registration form before arrival. So, I had no instructions on how to check in or get in. The online registration was also irritating by having to scan your ID and take a selfie to confirm your identity. I ended up having to call the main office four times to finally get the proper instructions on how to enter the building. The check-in instructions were not accurate. The number code didn’t work because they don’t tell you about...

"We were very pleased with the entire stay. Pool open until 11, bar and restaurant on site. Coffee and tea available- free in lobby- and loved the lemon water. Location was close to a couple of bars and restaurants. One block or less. Gas station right across the street. All staff was very accommodating. Would definatly stay ther again."
