Hyfsat utbud vad gäller frukost. Fräscht rum.

Hotellet är centralt beläget och nära till tågstationen och till centrum. Vi bodde i trippelrum. Rummet var stort och rent. Vi bodde på rum 104 som var ett hörnrum med balkong samt fönster som vätte mot annan sida. Detta gjorde att man fick lite korsdrag när det var så varmt på sommaren. Enligt hotellet så var frukosten ekologisk. Bra bacon och scrambled eggs. Flera sorters bröd och te att välja mellan. Man kunde beställa capuccino, espress etc utan extra kostnad från frukostvärden. Hyfsat mycket att välja mellan på frukosten. Det var duk på matbordet så det kändes lyxigt. Lobbyn var sparsamt stor och fanns inte så många stolar att sitta på. Bagageförvaring var inte bra utan hänvisades till klädhängningsutrymmet precis innanför huvudingången. Detta kändes inte säkert eftersom vem som helst kunde ta bagage därifrån.

Zimmer teilweise veraltet

Wir hatten das Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und Bilder gebucht. Leider wurde uns ein noch nicht renoviertes Zimmer, ganz oben im Dach, zugewiesen. Niedrige Zimmerhöhe - nachts sehr warm. Da preislich kein Unterschied zu renoviert/ nicht renoviert besteht, waren wir über das Zimmer enttäuscht. Das Frühstück war aber sehr gut, das Personal freundlich. Essen geschmacklich sehr gut - Portionen eher klein.

Ich hatte ein Dreibettzimmer für drei Erwachsene gebucht für 165,00 € pro Nacht. Bei der Ankunft erhielt ich die Auskunft, dass das Dreibettzimmer, welches vorgesehen war, angeblich zu klein wäre und erhielt den Schlüssel für ein Doppelzimmer zur Straße raus. In dem Zimmer befand sich eine Doppelbett, vor dem für die dritte Person ein Klappbett gestellt wurde. Durch das Klappbett war im Zimmer nur noch wenig Platz. Ich habe dann auf dem Klappbett geschlafen und das Doppelbett den Mitreisenden überlassen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und der Schlaf war aufgrund des Lärms auf der Straße auch nicht besonders erholsam. Ich kann das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Hotel mitten in Garmisch

Unser Economy Zimmer hatte ein top renoviertes Bad, gute Betten und war trotz Blick auf die Straße recht ruhig. Check-in war sehr freundlich und informativ mit guten Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants. Spa Bereich ist nett mit Sauna und Dampfbad. Nur eine schöne Außenterrasse mit Liegen fehlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit guter Auswahl, gutem Kaffee, frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und gutem Service. Parken war kostenlos im Hof. Kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die Bauarbeiten im Keller und die Unfähigkeit am letzten Tag unsere Liftkarten zurückzunehmen, weil die Kasse mit dem Liftkartenpfad leer sei!?

Nice hotel in center of Garmisch

We had a large room with balcony and view of the ski slopes. Was very nice, only negative was the mattress was a bit hard for me. Breakfast was included and we also ate dinner there one night. Very good food. The staff was extremely helpful.

Healthy European Hotel

The hotel has European feel to it, including the door key which weighs about a half kilo. This place is right in the heart of restaurants and shops. Lots of healthy food choices in the restaurant.

Convenient hotel

The hotel was very conveniently located to the town's train station. There were many nice cafes and restaurants nearby as well. The suite itself was roomy with an incredible view. The front desk and restaurant staffs were helpful and friendly.

Irish review

Good location but that was highlight. Food only average extremely rude housemaid , we asked for a fresh towel and abruptly advised we were given ones yesterday and had make two calls to get them.Its not unusal to have a fresh towel every day. 3 rooms booked but the cheapest room booked was one given a balcony looking at mountains , large bathroom and more expensive rooms overlooked the street.
