"We have stayed here many times. This time our shower had someone’s hair in it and our bathroom sink didn’t drain. Housekeeping needs to make sure they are cleaning these rooms thoroughly. My mother in law had a room on the same floor. She also had a sink that didn’t drain."

"The hotel was great, we enjoyed the happy hour with live music and appetizers from 4-6p daily was a great addition. Breakfast was good with lots of seating. It was an easy 10min walk to all the bars and fun on Broadway. I would definitely stay here again for the amenities and close proximity to downtown bars. "
