"Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay. Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. "

"The property was very clean with all amenities for a vacation. Eva and the Team, provided everything you required for our stay. Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able. "Really lovely accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure check in and out was easy. We went to the pub for food and it was excellent - great menu and well cooked and presented. Staff were really helpful again Lovely area for a walk or trip to the vineyard "

"This was the 1st Time i have Been to Malborough i came here to go to a Gig nearby.so i stayed in this hotel because it was near to the Venue.The Room was Lovely Everything i Needed Plenty of Tea and Coffee the Room Clean and Tidy and even the Bed Was Comfy to for my Good Night Sleep."

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "
