"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Staff were brilliant and polite , the location was perfect for access to the main sites to see . There is a cracking little walk from the hotel to the river which gives you a nice evening walk to the folly bridge to then walk into the main area Only issue I have is the ev car charges need to be upgraded as they were extremely slower than usual , charged for 20 hours and only got 15% in it .. but did see this also on other reviews . The room was very quiet and clean . Definately recommend it , the breakfast was very good also with a big selection ."
