" Lovely hotel and I had a pleasant stay in a newly refurbished Signature room on the ground floor! I would certainly come back and I have already recommended you to a friend."

"Accessible room was spacious and seated shower was great. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5pm but we were given complimentary drinks and snacks. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly at breakfast. Parking was convenient and we weren't charged. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again "

"This Hotel is ideal for a weekend away or over night stay, staff very polite and helpful, rooms are very comfortable and plenty of room, shower excellent, Breakfast plenty of choice, a good atmosphere great for watching football, drink prices competitive and plenty of parking."

"Tv remote did not work. Breakfast supplies not replenished for quite a time after a large group consumed most of them. Room service failed to make up bed or replace used coffee cups. Who knows what else they failed to clean. Room generally felt tired."

"Mostly was fantastic from staff to food to cleanliness. View not so great but only there one night. But my god the bed was terrible… So so uncomfortable could feel all the mattress springs so not a great sleep. Maybe other rooms ok ?!"

"The hotel's access is a bit mysterious. When we reached to the correct place to check-in, we were introduced to the staff at that moment who made us feel that we are a burden on them. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and we were okay with waiting for the start of check-in time. However, we were also curious if we could do early check-in, and when we asked for availability, the staff working at that moment first showed horrific emotions as if we asked for something impossible, and then...

"The hotel is clean and modern. However, I found menu items overpriced for the quality of the food. Also the dispenser in the room for hand lotion and hair shampoo and conditioner were empty. The front staff at reception were fast and knowledgeable which I appreciated."

"The room was clean and great view of the cricket field. A 10 minute walk to Old Trafford. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We cant wait to go back."
