The staff were real friendly. But the room walls were not insulated well so that the traffic and hallway noises were easily heard. Also the bed is as hard as a rock and the pillows are cheap and small.

Clean. Staff was pleasent. Perfect site for the eclipse. Price gouging during the eclipse. The night before and the night after. The night of the eclipse I understand. But 3 nights cost more than a first claas flight and rental car.

Crazy Stay

It was a little disconcerting. I only stayed there because my daughter was staying there. Some how these folks got our reservations confused and I cannot figure out how. I was told at one point it was because we had the same last name….I was like really? What if we hadn’t even been kin to each other? Lol Her reservation was made by the Bell County DA and mine on here. Even after things were “fixed” I was asked to move out of my room for someone else. Uhhhh. I politely told them no. I was in a handicap room with my handicap mother. I was then put on the phone and asked again by the hotel manager to trade my room. I again explained no and that I was traveling with my elderly handicapped mother. The whole situation was crazy. But it was nice to get to spend time with my daughter. That was the most important thing for me. Her stay was worse. By the time they actually checked out, they had been moved & stayed in 4 different rooms on all 3 floors. It was crazy ridiculous.
