The creek was beautiful. It was nice and quiet. It was very clean. The room was spacious. I will stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly but the rooms desperately need updating. For instance the carpet was coming up in several places in my room not to mention the back door which is confusing bc it looks like a door to a connecting room instead of to the balcony. Also they advertised a full breakfast then upon arrival it was only continental. I would have booked elsewhere had I know since I don’t eat most of that and the whole reason to book a hotel with breakfast is to save some money. Luckily I had family in the area so I was able to eat at their condo instead.

Great location. Felt like out in the woods yet right in town with easy access to everything. Loved the creek behind it and the bears meandering through it. The pool was fun. Only improvement would be the breakfast. Basically bread and starches. There needs to be some type of protein: either eggs or meat. I heard others comment the same. Everything else was excellent.

Loved the old vintage vibe of the hotel. We saw bears multiple times throughout our stay. Downtown Gatlinburg was only a 10 min walk. The creek outside our balcony was extremely pretty as well.
