The staff were very nice. The pool was kept very clean. I loved that they have laundry detergent and dryer sheets for the guests to use the 24 hr laundry room. The room that my friend and I booked was very clean. I would stay here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations on all levels from the amazing quiet room to the gorgeous shower that was spotless to the pool that was endless amount of fun and not overcrowded to the restaurant in bar that had the most amazing views of downtown Gatlinburg. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is attempting to stay in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Love the hotel - it’s super clean, modern and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Lived the amenities and the best part was that it was at a walking distance to the parkway and many areas of interest.

This is a beautiful hotel in a good location . We rented a suite and the room was amazing. The only reason I have it a four and not a five is because the bed was not very comfortable and there was not a door to separate the living room from the bedroom , which is normally not a big deal but the shades in the living room did not block out any light so the bedroom was never dark and I like it dark when I sleep .
