The Staff was very friendly and help full. Room were clean, a little out dated. Love the location. It was walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. Quiet most of the time. I would go back anytime.

Good location, you are right in downtown and then a short drive to the National Park. The front desk staff was exceptional. The room was vey outdated and did not look like the online photos. If you are looking for a bargain and aren’t too picky, then this place will work!

Staff went out of their way to make my parents room available before check in as my father was not well and we had just drive 17 hours. So kind and considerate and understanding. Great location for people and bear watching. Would stay again!! Hopefully that restaurant will open as that would be such a convenient spot
