Bathroom small, and no breakfast, but everything was clean. Just a little old, you can tell it’s an older motel that has been renovated. Front desk staff were super kind. Overall good quality for the price, being downtown was so convenient, I walked to everything instead of paying $20+ for parking.

Staff was very helpful, property was extremely clean, rooms were spotless. Price was very reasonable to be that close to d'twn Gatlinburg. ( Less than 5min walk) If one doesn't care about all the fancy high priced places to stay, I highly recommend this place. 5 stars.

The motel was in such a great location and a lot quieter than on the gatlinburg strip which was ideal for what we wanted. It was a flexible check in time and the staff were very nice and helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and had all amenities we needed. Would recommend!

This was our second stay here. It's close to the strip but yet quiet to rest. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Simple hotel but that's ok with us because we one down to get out and explore not hang out in the room. It's a nice clean space to get rest for the night. We will continue to book with them
