The is hotel is a great location from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. You will have the occasional bear sighting at the back end of the property.

We enjoyed staying at the Gatlinburg Mountain Inn. The staff was very friendly and it's walking distance to many hot spots including Anakeesta.

Stay was okay, room was just clean but not super clean. Room heating was good. Faced issues with water pressure on both the days, water stopped following for 5-7 minutes until it started again. Had to take break in the shower. Location is good, stay was peaceful. While Checking in, the girl did not answer the questions straight ( for example, when asked if you have hot tub in the hotel, she said we have tub in the bathroom and laughed ). Anyway, you can stay if you are used to staying in standard motels.

Bargain for our quick trip

The beds were very comfortable for our one night stay. There was an issue with our ac unit, the staff was quick to exchange us to a neighboring room. Staff was very friendly, some of the best I’ve experienced in gatlinburg. Note that the location is somewhat of a walk to the strip, but being said, some awesome dining locations are located across the street from hotel.

You cannot beat the location for the price. Great for a weekend stay for a couple. We will be staying there again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great Staff and Clean Room!

Our room was clean! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. An added bonus were the bears that showed up every morning we were there; one had 2 cubs with her.
